Cancellation – Amendment
Overview
Our cancellation and amendment policy will apply only once your booking is confirmed. A confirmed booking is when we have advised you that the hotel room is available and you have secured your room reservation by providing us with your credit card details or by arranging a money transfer.

Cancellation and amendments charges may occasionally vary due to some hotels having more strict cancellations policies during peak holiday or conference periods. In these cases we will advise you by email.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 4 days or less before check in date:
If the customers cancel the hotel reservation within the last 4 (four) days prior to the “Check In” date, customers will be required to pay as much as a cumulative of total rooms arranged * 1 day fee.

If you cancel 5 days or more before check in date:
If the customers cancel the hotel reservation more than 4 (four) days prior to the “Check In” date, customers are only required to pay 5 (five) percents of total transactions.

If you have not cancelled your booking and do not check in (No Show):
If the customers do not check in on the arranged day, the customers will be required to pay as much as a cumulative of total rooms arranged * 1 day fee.

Amendment Policy
If you amend your booking 4 days or less before check in date:
If your amendment reduces the number of nights booked,the customers will be required to pay as much as a cumulative of total rooms arranged * 1 day fee.

Any change to this amendment policy will be advised by email when you make your amendment.

If you amend your booking 5 days or more before check in date:
If your amendment reduces the number of nights booked,the customers are only required to pay 5 (five) percents of total transactions.
